Hello!
I'm a nationally felicitated and experienced management consultant with over 20 years of corporate expertise in client relationship management, project planning and management, marketing and public relations. I have demonstrated success in navigating complex global industries, consistently delivering valuable insights and fostering innovation through strategic consulting, and am currently the CEO of Win Iconic Ventures.
My Story
A business management degree with a major in Marketing from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Delhi University, and national felicitation in India as the country's top-ranked financial analyst was only the beginning of what I call "Life," and as stated by John Lennon, "Life is what happens while you are busy making other plans."

Entering the corporate landscape as a Meritorious Chartered Accountant, where the thrill of numbers and strategic thinking captivated me, I found my footing at Arthur Anderson's Tax & Business Advisory division (1996 – 1999). Here, I delved into driving tax-efficient investment strategies for multinational corporations like Bacardí, navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and engaging with government authorities to resolve intricate foreign exchange regulation issues. My journey through the corporate corridors continued at ICICI Bank's Project Finance division as an Assistant Manager (1999 – 2000). In this role, I optimized diverse portfolios, managing client engagements and tailoring solutions using ICICI’s off-the-shelf products. The world of finance unfolded, presenting challenges and opportunities that fueled my professional growth.
A new chapter unfolded at Bank of America as a Credit Products Manager (2000 – 2001). Here, I immersed myself in client-focused marketing strategies, structured complex transactions, and nurtured relationships, maximizing credit-related revenues. The fast-paced world of banking provided a dynamic environment where every deal had its unique intricacies. My narrative then led me to the intriguing realm of management consulting at Aon Hewitt (2001 – 2003). Crafting strategies, conducting valuations for multinational corporations, and sculpting Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs) for renowned entities became the norm. The intricate dance of numbers and people marked this chapter, shaping my perspective on the corporate landscape.

After having my two wonderful daughters Jiya and Ahana, who are now in college, a keen interest in the finer things of life led me to extend my strategic consulting experience to the luxury goods space. Soon, I transitioned to the world of fashion and luxury brands in 2005, I became a Senior Manager in Marketing Consultancy. Here, I revamped marketing strategies, securing extensive press coverage for high-profile events and immersing myself in the dynamic world of European Luxury Brands. In 2006, a pivotal moment arrived as I stepped into the role of Senior Partner at Genesis Burson Cohn & Wolfe. Directing marketing, communication, and outreach for brands within the Unilever Group, I played a crucial part in the redesign of Lakme Fashion Week. The glamour of the fashion industry added a new layer to my professional narrative. The fashion world beckoned further as I became a Fashion Design & Film Styling Consultant for Manish Malhotra’s MM Styles Pvt. Ltd. (2008 – 2010). Advising on film styling, designing handcrafted jewelry, and contributing to the artistic vision of one of South Asia’s renowned designers became my creative endeavor. In 2010, the world of jewelry unfolded as I founded Dhaneesha, becoming a strategic advisor to the India International Jewelry Week. Dhaneesha became a canvas for my creative expressions, stocking fusion jewelry at leading design houses.
And yet again, "Life Happened." After several years of marriage, I joined hands with my entrepreneur and music producer husband Ashish in the media and entertainment sector to create an ecosystem for the curation, production, and management of content, talent, and Intellectual Properties. Establishing and growing relationships within this ecosystem with the Cultural arm of the Norwegian Government and Music showcases in Israel, to name a few, did more to me than contribute to the growth of this ecosystem. It taught me that we are One: in our mental and emotional frameworks first, irrespective of where we belong. Similarities at our core drive us towards similar goals even though our methods may differ, across our personal and professional lives. I stepped into the role of Joint Chief Executive Officer of Boon Castle Media and Entertainment. Leading project management, marketing, and public relations, I navigated the dynamic landscape of media and entertainment, steering the ship through collaborations and business strategies. Throughout this story, my narrative found its way into news outlets, where I moderated discussions on the power of women in film, music, and writing. Recognition for contributions to teen-focused music festivals and international cultural showcases became the chapters of my story that echoed beyond the corporate walls.
As I reflect on this journey, each role, each challenge, and each triumph has woven the fabric of my professional story. From the structured world of finance to the creative realms of fashion and media, my career has been a tapestry of learning, growth, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. And as my story continues, I embrace the unknown chapters that await, ready to add more layers to this intricate narrative.
